Fruit Facial At Home

Hello everyone...................................................................................................................... :)

For those who are wondering if it's possible to do a Facial at home without going
to the parlour and spending lot of money, and still get the same dazzling results on your face, this hub will provide you the guide to do a complete facial right at the comfort of your home

While doing a facial, you should remember that there are 3 necessary steps to obtain a complete rejuvenated look. First, make sure that you remove the dead skin layers on your face. This will remove the unwanted dull, dark cells that hide your natural inner skin tone. Secondly, ensure that you open the pores on your face to remove dirt/makeup residue and oil which cause black/white heads. Cleansing the pores will prevent black/white heads and keep your face smooth and clean. Thirdly, once your face has been thoroughly cleansed and all the impurities removed, you should apply a moisturiser to restore the essential oil balance to your face. This will prevent your skin from getting tanned due to lack of essential oils.

So, Let's start our home Facial with a 4-step easy-to-do process. Before that, make sure that you have the following items in hand

1. Cotton Wool

2. Cold Water

3. Deep pore cleanser lotion

4. Facial Scrub (preferably a natural fruit scrub)

5. Moisturiser

6. Soft Towel and Paper Tissues

7. Face Steamer(If available)

8. Face Pack Cream (Referably a fruit pack)

Step 1: Deep Pore cleansing:

Cleanse your face with soap and wipe off gently with a soft towel. Then, wet your face and apply a little deep pore cleansing lotion all over your face. Massage in an outward/upward direction. Leave for 10-15 minutes. This will loosen the pores in the face and also remove dirt and oil. It will also make the face ready for application of facial scrub. After 15 minutes, wipe off the lotion gently off your face with a cotton wool

Step 2: Facial Scrub

After deep cleansing the face, it's time to remove the white heads and black heads from your face. For this, again wet your skin with a little water. Apply adequate facial scrub on your face and massage gently with outward/upward movements. Keep massaging for 10-15 minutes. This will remove all the white and black heads from the loosened pore.

After 15 minutes, wipe your face with a cotton wool. If you want very good results, you can use a steamer to deep cleanse your face at this stage. This will increase blood circulation all over your facial tissues, thereby rejuvenating your skin

Step 3: Face Pack

The Third step in Facial is applying Face pack. After cleansing your face with the above steps, make a face pack (either in cream or powder form mixed with water). Apply adequate amount of face pack on your face. Do not massage or mess with the face pack. Leave for 20-30 minutes. Then remove the pack gently along the edges of the face, without disturbing the skin. Be gentle enough while removing the pack, else it may cause wrinkles on your face

Step 4: Moisturizing

The last step in the facial process is Moisturizing. Through moisturizing, the oil balance of the skin is maintained. After thorough cleansing of the face through the above steps, apply adequate on your face and massage with outward/upward movements till the cream is fully absorbed. At this stage, the facial process is over. Do not wash your face. Just leave your face relaxed

Do your home facial 2-3 times a month. Make sure that you use products based on natural ingredients as much as possible. You can use Fuller's earth(Multani Mitti) or a mixture of Turmeric and Grinded Neem leaves as a facial pack. Turmeric and Neem have great medicinal and anti-septic benefits.
